Board examination workshop
Unique opportunity
Student dental assistants who do not have a National Certificate in Dental Assisting or another recognized qualification, but have worked in a dental practice and have gained practical experience, now have the once-off opportunity to register as a Student Dental Assistant (S-DA) with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).
Final registration as a Dental Assistant (DA) is dependent on successful completion of a Board Examination within two years of registration as S-DA. Dental Assistants wishing to register must do so before 6 October 2017.
