We understand that it can be concerning when all your CPD points are not reflecting on your HPCSA profile.  However, if you have completed an activity and it shows as uploaded to the HPCSA with a date on your Focus on Health Individual CPD Activity Record (IAR), rest assured that your CEUs have been submitted.

The HPCSA has requested that no re-submissions be made at this stage, as they are still in the process of completing the uploads.

If, after this process, your points still do not reflect, we have proof of submission and we will follow up with them on an individual basis if needed.
