Annual fees payable by Healthcare Professionals

Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA)
The process for the promulgation of the fees payable to Council is currently underway and will be published in the Government Gazette on Friday, 19 March 2021. The process of invoicing practitioners will resume, and this process will be concluded before 31 March 2021. Once the invoices have been raised, practitioners will be able to make payments using the online portal and have access to their certificates immediately.
Dispensing license annual fee (Department of Health)
The annual dispensing license fee of R200.00 is due before the 28th of February 2021. If you need assistance to pay these fees please contact us.
Board of Healthcare Funders (BHF)

- The annual practice code number renewal fee is payable before the 31st of March each year.

South African Nursing Council (SANC)
The normal annual fees for the calendar year 2021 for different categories of practitioners are provided in the table below:

Notes:
- The annual fees for 2021 must be received by the SANC on or before 31 December 2020.

South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC)
The fees published in Board Notice 188 of 2019 for the year 2020 shall be extended for the year 2021, that is, there will be no increase in fees payable to Council.
