Extension of the deadline for the payment of the annual fees and the validity of the current practising certificate
In view of the current COVID-19 pandemic and the state of national disaster as announced by the President in terms of the Disaster Management Act, 2002, the HPCSA acknowledges that this has affected some practitioners’ ability to pay their annual fees. This situation has also affected the Provincial Departments in effecting the personal deduction and payment annual fees on behalf of state-employed practitioners in terms of Resolution 2 of 2018 in the Public Health and Social Development Sectoral Bargaining Council.
To this end; the HPCSA informs all practitioners that the due date for annual renewals and payment of registrations has been extended from 1 April 2020 to 1 July 2020.
